Join for a wonderful morning with a focus on your body, mind, and soul… We begin with a rejuvenating Yoga session followed by mindful relaxation and meditation.
Take a break. Let yourself just be.
When you are calm and in peace, take a little walk to the Om House kitchen for a delicious, healthy organic brunch, a cup of herbal infusion or freshly brewed spiced coffee.
Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
Yoga starts at 9:15 and ends at. 10:15
Brunch starts at 10:30 ends at 11:45
