Saturday Yoga Chill
Start the day with a delicious smoothie or herbal tea (depending on the season) in our Yoga room with its peaceful garden view.  Stay for a delicious light lunch and drive out to the beach for a swim and sauna. Afterwards, come back to the house and finish off with coffee & homemade cake.
